Paying Your Rent
You are responsible for paying your rent.
Some of our Tenants pay for their rent and others are eligible to claim Housing Benefit depending on your circumstances.
If you need support with making a Housing Benefit claim, we can help you with the application process.
Rent Increases
Your rent is reviewed once each year.
If your rent changes, we will write to you in advance to let you know. We will also send you an updated rent schedule showing you what you are paying for.
If you receive Housing Benefit, we can support you to make a new application or update your claim if your rent or circumstances change.
Your Service Charges
Your rent may include charges for communal and shared services provided to your home. These service charges contribute towards keeping shared areas and facilities safe, well-maintained, and in good condition.
